Sufferers of binge eating understand the overwhelming feelings before a binge eating episode. The inevitablity of it happening, as if you have no control to stop it. Afterwards, the familiar feelings of guilt and shame. And so the cycle continues. We have developed MyBingeBreaker for you if you struggle with these binge eating episodes and need help breaking the cycle.
